A boutique, luxury hair salon on the King’s Road in London, Lockonego was designed with the theme of private members club meets hairdressing with a relaxed, authentic atmosphere almost like a gastro pub vibe. During demolition, we discovered the original brick walls as well as a fireplace and decided to expose these and complement with new features such as parquet floor, beautiful light fittings and mirrors and a splash of colour with wooden panels. Our client wanted a salon that doesn’t look like a salon with a really light and open, inclusive environment.
